Let me start off by saying I am a particularly picky individual when it comes to services. That being said, I have purchased a home before and have worked with many realtors in my past (buyers/sellers) and none compared to Jocelyn. Her real-estate acumen, honesty, integrity is unmatched by any in the profession. There was one scenario where I found the home of my dreams and Jocelyn actually talked me out of it (possibly costing her a sale) because she didn't feel it was the right place for me. She was correct. Jocelyn showed me 30+ properties over the course of 2 years. When I met Jocelyn, she recognized I was not yet finding the property I wanted, so she recommended and helped me rent for another year before getting back into the market. Who does that? On the actual sale, we put in an offer on the house we finally decided would be perfect for our family, but the seller went with a cash offer instead. That offer ended up falling through and Jocelyn immediately called me that evening and had our offer resubmitted within an hour. In that time, two higher offers came through and Jocelyn still managed to get our offer accepted.
