Jocelyn Dunham is off the charts AMAZING! The heavy lifting she did around the cleaning out and selling of my Mother-in-Law's home in Vista was a gift. We live in Los Angeles and as seniors we knew that the work load, and having to drive back and forth from LA would take a toll on us. Thanks to Jocelyn we didn't have to do that. She took control and was masterful. Her daily communications, connections, knowledge, creativity, boundless energy, and grace-filled positivity throughout the entire process made us feel safe and supported. My parents recently relocated to an assisted living facility and we needed to sell their home of 40 years. Jocelyn was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She priced the house just right and it sold in one day for more than the asking price. She was right on top of every negotiation and we took every bit of her advice which was always spot on. Several months previous I had met with Jocelyn in my initial search for a Southern California home. Several other individuals competed to purchase my Oceanside home but her knowledgeable transaction skills enabled my offer to be the eventual successful winning bid. After the purchase she was invaluable to me to provide the necessary recommendations for insurance coverage of the property and skilled labor recommendations for minor repairs to the dwelling. Sonya was everything a real estate agent should be pleasant, attentive, detail-oriented, highly available, pragmatic and adaptable. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and our schedules, which are challenging, and made the whole stressful experience less stressful and more enjoyable. Sonya also had great follow-up, which is important in every profession but crucial in real estate. She also gave us great referrals for reliable home professionals. The whole experience took less time and effort than anticipated, and Sonya capped it all with our first house-warming gift, a truly touching and wonderful gesture.

Jocelyn and Sonya continued to search for the perfect property and never gave up until we found IT. Sonya brought us flowers, snacks for the morning of move in and food for the day so we wouldn't have to leave they blew us away with their kindness. If all your realtors were as good as they, are you would never want for clients.

Let me start off by saying I am a particularly picky individual when it comes to services. That being said, I have purchased a home before and have worked with many realtors in my past (buyers/sellers) and none compared to Jocelyn. Her real-estate acumen, honesty, integrity is unmatched by any in the profession. There was one scenario where I found the home of my dreams and Jocelyn actually talked me out of it (possibly costing her a sale) because she didn't feel it was the right place for me. She was correct. Jocelyn showed me 30+ properties over the course of 2 years. When I met Jocelyn, she recognized I was not yet finding the property I wanted, so she recommended and helped me rent for another year before getting back into the market. Who does that? On the actual sale, we put in an offer on the house we finally decided would be perfect for our family, but the seller went with a cash offer instead. That offer ended up falling through and Jocelyn immediately called me that evening and had our offer resubmitted within an hour. In that time, two higher offers came through and Jocelyn still managed to get our offer accepted. Jocelyn was the friendliest realtor; she never put any pressure and treated my money as if it were her own. She was very responsive via text/email/phone. I probably would have just kept on renting if it weren't for Jocelyn. She is awesome and she ought to be the mold that all other realtors are created from. You rock J. Lastly; she gave me the greatest house-warming gift ever. I've already referred two of my close friends.

We loved Jocelyn!! This was our first home-buying experience, so we had a lot of questions, a lot of nerves, and needed to be walked through every step of the process. Jocelyn was so great explaining everything to us and was so patient with all our questions. She was quick to answer emails and phone calls, and always offered the reassurance two first time home buyers need when things didn't seem to be going our way. We are so pleased with where we ended up and glad that we had Jocelyn to guide us here.

It was very satisfying working with Sonya and Jocelyn to find a house. We looked at a fair number over more than two months with only limited interest on my part until finding what I wanted.
